Well, June was a very long, stressful month for me. I blocked off the entire month of June for a major renovation. It was only supposed to take two weeks, but out of an abundance of caution, I blocked the whole month. Thank goodness I did, because it took ALL that time.
There is new tile throughout (no more carpeting in the bedrooms), as well as both bathrooms being completely gutted and remodeled. The en-suite bathroom that is attached to the room with the two queen beds used to have a step-in shower. It has now been fitted with a low-profile tub/shower combo, new commode, new cabinets, extended quartz countertop, new mirror and light fixture. It's fresh and modern with a Mickey Mouse theme. The second bathroom that is attached to the suite with the king bed and also opens to the hallway across from the kids' Mickey bedroom has been redesigned to include two sinks instead of one, new cabinets, mirror, light fixture, commode and a gorgeous curb-free shower. I'm obsessed with these changes and the bright, clean feel throughout the condo. I hope you enjoy the changes as much as we do!
Incidentally, because why not? The AC system went out when I was there. So, while it wasn't in the budget, there is also a brand-new HVAC system!
